Every product sold by DomusElectro carries the manufacturer's warranty, backed by our own concierge support. Select flagship products include our extended Premium Care coverage.

Standard coverage
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all items include a minimum 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law. Most refrigeration, laundry and cooking appliances carry extended coverage.
Premium Care (3-year)
Products marked Premium Care include three years of coverage that adds:
- Priority concierge diagnostics, seven days a week.
- Advance replacement — a unit ships before you return yours.
- One accidental-damage repair within the coverage term.
Making a claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue. Most claims are resolved within two business days, and shipping both ways is on us for covered repairs.
