Data controller

The controller responsible for your personal data is DomusElectro B.V., 1 Voltage Kade, 1011 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@domuselectro.eu.

What we collect

  • Account and contact details you provide (name, email, addresses).
  • Order, payment and delivery information required to fulfil purchases.
  • Technical data (device, IP, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies).

Why, and our legal basis

  • To perform your purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — orders, delivery, installation, returns and warranty.
  • To meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) — tax, accounting and consumer-law records.
  • With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing emails and non-essential/analytics cookies, withdrawable at any time.
  • Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — securing the store and preventing fraud.

Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by law (in the EU, typically up to 7–10 years for tax/accounting). Account data is kept while your account is active; marketing data until you withdraw consent. Payment details are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors and are never stored on our servers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise most of these from your account or by emailing privacy@domuselectro.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
