Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name) take physical possession of the goods; for an order of multiple items delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise the right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — email concierge@domuselectro.eu, use your account, or use the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you supply proof of return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Our 30-day goodwill promise

Beyond your statutory rights, we accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Your legal 14-day withdrawal right and your statutory guarantee for faulty goods are unaffected by this promise.

• Print the prepaid, insured label we email you.
• Drop off, or schedule a pickup for large items.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, appliances that have been installed and used cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom-configured and clearance items are final sale, noted clearly on the product page.
