Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly incorrect — and will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT at the rate for your delivery country. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms are set out on our Delivery & Installation page. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

6. Cancellation, returns and guarantees

Your right to cancel and our returns process are described on our Returns page. All goods carry the statutory EU guarantee of conformity, and any additional manufacturer warranty or Premium Care cover as described at the point of sale.

7. Liability
